Where can I find technical support for the system?

The site http://wrconsulting.com/cms/wrtimetracker/ is the primary support place for the system. You can find an overview, user guide, administration guide, FAQ, and the links to the forum and a feedback form there. All this is free. Additionally, there is an option for paid technical support. If you are interested in paid support please write to sales at wrconsulting.com for a quote.

Do you have a demo system to get familiar with capabilities?

No but we host WR Time Tracker service here: http://timetracker.wrconsulting.com It is a fully functional site and usually runs the most recent stable release. It is free to individuals and to teams less than 6 members in size. We do not currently have any plans to discontinue free service. To test WR Time Tracker start with creating a new team manager account, then create a project and one or two activities and enter time entries.

Can I contribute to the development effort?

It is quite possible. Please use the feedback form to contact system developers.

I do not want to install my own time tracker server. What options do I have?

How can I import my team data from one server to another?

To import all team data from one server to another follow these steps:

  • Login to your first server as team manager. Use the "export data" link in top menu to export data to a file.
  • Login as admin to your second server. Type "admin" in the "e-mail" field on the login page and admin's password in the "password" field. Note that a default value for admin's password is "secret" without quotes.
