City Photos Site Under Development

WR Consulting has started development work on the future site http://cityphotos.info that will provide free service to store and retrieve photographs of city landscapes and images.
Initially, the system will allow users to submit photographs to the site, make comments, and rate them.
The system will be extended later via a web service and a simple programming interface to retrieve city images based on certain criteria. For example, if will be possible to retrieve best-rated images for the city on London, UK.
